Forgot to ask one thing at the start of the topic:
Matrix headlights, are they good? Do they come in the dynamic pack?
If I am not wrong matrix lights only started from 2015 models, 2014 and older are only with led

That's a question for your dealer, terms will be dictated in country.

Best if you buy directly from Audi center

There isn't one, apart from traction control off, hold brake and accelerator & go. I've only done it twice, it gets of the line very quickly without it.

So just brute force it? Does the revs go to red limiter or does the car hold it to the optimal RPM?

Sorry guys if i bug you with all these questions. This will be my first Audi and i'm the type of guy that wants to know everything about the car.

You're holding the car on the brake. Going to the red line isn't likely to do good things to the torque converter if you can hold it.

With ESP off/ and oil temp above 70c, dropped down into S, you put your left foot firmly on the brake and right foot flat to the floor.

The revs will only rise to approximately 2800rpm and stay there. As you are holding it on the brake, you want to let go pretty quickly as you are loading up the transmission. Works well in a standard car. Very difficult to do in a tuned car as the brakes just cant hold the increased torque.

Can a dealer plug the key in to one of their magical machines and check to see the number of times the car's been launched? I know BMW can do this?

As there's no launch programme I would assume not.

The car is also so fast vs everything else on the road that 'launch' is utter overkill. I've done it once just to try the theory.

I looked on VCDS and couldn't find a counter on either the RS6 or RS3 (which has proper launch control) but the RS4 B8 does have a counter.
