moody warning lights....
Re: moody warning lights....
Have you checked your fluid level. What are you getting lighting up? The warning lights as in your photo? Or the brake warning symbol in the DIS?
@Spitelli: extremely common.

Re: moody warning lights....
What is the average lifespan for a set of pads..

Re: moody warning lights....
Depends how you drive the car and what pads you are using. If you take it to the ring then 1 day.

Re: moody warning lights....
Lol..i wasn't referring to how to check the level but in general..the connection to a state of relaxation with this car is tenuous as u said.Shoppinit wrote:Or you could just open the lid and peek inside...

Re: moody warning lights....
For crying out loud..ignition checks now give me a yellow ok..levels between min and max..lots of steam coming out the reservoir though..my head is getting done in by this audit ownership experience..it certainly is like a moody bird.

Re: moody warning lights....
cfcdoc, as said above you'll need a diagnostic scan to find out what the issue is. Just be patient and you'll get through

Had a similar issue, turned out to be the longitudinal sensor which is £150.
Unfortunately the yaw sensor has the same symptoms and the sensor is £600~

Re: moody warning lights....
Southampton mate, many thanks for the offer but will really need a copy myself (for my own sanity if anything) Quick question though..is it a unit or a program. What exactly do I buy? Cable + the program (is it downloadable). Reason I ask is my old man has a new s3 and would he or I be able to install it on his laptop aswell if its not a tangible unit as such.bilko1 wrote:Where are you cfdoc ? Re: moody warning lights....
It's a cable that contains the key for the software. So the software is freely downloadable, but won't work without a genuine cable. So you can install it on as many computers as you like, but you'll need the cable to connect to the car.
