Help with sourcing vac lines etc.
So, the inevitable has happened (after racking over 190K miles). Perished plumbing under the the inlet manifold. Obviously, all parts required are NLA from TPS...just wondering if any of you guys have replaced these lines recently & manged to find them? Hoping to do the lot while we're in there including the after run pump if poss. Part numbers gratefully received too.
Any help much appreciated

Looks like you have a POPPED SJP (suction jet pump). An increasingly common failure these days.
Looks like you’ve done the hard work already, how can I help? What do you need?

Re: Help with sourcing vac lines etc.
Wait, you were able to remove the intake manifold without removing the front end?
Re: Help with sourcing vac lines etc.
Yes you can, I did this job a couple of months ago.allroadadi wrote: ↑Sun May 04, 2025 5:12 pmWait, you were able to remove the intake manifold without removing the front end?![]()

@ Weiß-sechs do yourself a favour and change that water pump while you have it apart. The SJP is still available from TPS as used on other VAG cars. Craig (Topman) should have a link for a silicon hose kit I can't find it sorry.

You most certainly can
Just unbolt and it will pull forward enough to get the job done

Looks like you've collected all the pipework needed...silicon hoses? Is there a kit available of all the plumbing needed or did you make a "shopping list" and sourced individually? If you've got linkies or part numbers for all the gubbins, that'd be fantastic my man!
SJP still available then? And, looking at replacing the after run pump while in there (thanks Bilko1)
