You’ve got an aftermarket radio, haven’t you?

Could be the TMC module. That handles the translation between the RNSD and the CAN comms of the rest of the car. Presumably you’ve got no radio info on the DIS either?

You could always try disconnecting the TMC for a while to see if that helps.

I think one of the first issues I ever had with my car was the TMC module. Can’t remember what it was exactly, but replacing it fixed it.

It used to be easy to source TMC modules because people would get rid of them when upgrading to RNS-e (which doesn’t use them).

I've recently found, near the passenger seat right slider, the join of power cables coming from the radio and the amp/possibly nav too.
They're joined with one of those aluminium crimps and the cables basically fell apart when touched.
I had progressively worsening radio problems.

PhilS2. Thank you for your input.

Ben does the above photo confirm your TMC module recommendation.

Yeah, that’s the fault I had. I remember now. But worth checking what PhilS2 mentioned. Could be wiring, especially if someone’s been messing in the area.

If you can find a cheap TMC module then nab it and chuck it in. It might resolve your problem.

Car was in garage on Friday for work.
These errors were not present previously.
Reckon they must of accidentally disturbed something when changing the park assist module and buzzer.

That could all be due to the TMC module.
