Short answer, not sure yet. Due to...

1. It turned up without the 'comfort & sound' pack I specced, dealer has admitted the error...
2. Since ordering at the start of the year, last month ago my now-ex decided to execute a plan of snatching our young children from behind my back and moving them 3hrs away, so I'm having to go through the courts to get them back. The worst time in my life in all honesty, so the car has been the last thing on my mind. I was hoping the car would give me a bit of distraction, but the big error in the spec has left me undecided if I should take it or not and I've lost motivation.

i would put it back as you probably wont mind at first
but it all depends on how bad you wanted the B&O
as you say due to circumstances you were hoping the car would be a high point
so does the omission of the comfort pack relay put you off the car if not i would push for some kind of discount or compensation for there error

I would send it back. It might only be the B&O but even after 1 day it would nag the hell out of me. Spending a considerable amount of money and speccing it to my exact liking and then it comes with an item missing - even if I get a discount...no way. Better wait another 2-3 months for the re-delivery but be happy and satisfied for the rest of the time the car stays in your ownership.

I think if I found myself in KM's shoes a car (of any description) would be the last thing on my mind, not a good place to be. Unless they offered a fantastic deal I would walk and concentrate on your domestic problems mate, good luck.

Picked my car up this afternoon, but wasn't without issues (not the car I might add)
On the way down in my B8, the engine light came on about 10mins into the journey on the motorway and the catalyst <beep> itself everywhere.
Managed to get the car to the dealer, who could see it had only just happened by the ECU code, but then came the problem of having to get the warranty to cover it (circa £5k) before I could hand the car in. Eventually got it sorted, but meant it took 90mins or so with them on the phone to Audi UK to get it covered as once they've taken the car off me, the extended warranty is cancelled and they'd have had to stump up for it
Anyway, made up with the car so far, and although I've only driven it the 60miles or so home, I'm in love with it already

Not fully have a proper blast yet, but it's noticeably faster than my B8 was, and I like how it idles in Sport mode a little higher than it does in Drive, so it's ready to send straight off the line
So far it's very impressive and the sound is much better if you pull the parcel shelf back as a lot of the exhaust note comes through the boot area
