Do you have to change anything else? Propshaft, drive shafts gear box? To run that sort of pressure?

i am working on a stronger transmission, stronger gears but if its not cost effective i will get a tdi 6 speed trans they bolt right up will only require a prop shaft spacer, thoes trans have been tested up to 1500nm with no problems ,for now it will all stay oem and will do some testing what will break first lol

Fair enough,
Dont want to come across as a nob on a thread thats actually of something interesting, but theres something very off about those times in a car with 850bhp, those are comparable to trap speeds of 650bhp GTRs (old RB engined ones) with similar weight, grip and dynamics.
Interested to see more as you post.
Im guessing Pauter rods ??
skylline gtr weight 3300 lbs at most compere to our 4000 lbs rs4 thats 700 lbs less ,and you are talking 650 whp not bhp ,my car makes about 700 awhp right now so its only a 50 whp diferance give or take
yes pauter custom made the rods to my specs and they are made in titanium
Sorry bud,
GTRs are notrious for being overweight as they claimed curb weight without fluids etc, most GTRs weigh in over 1650kg, doubt theres more than 100kg in it, although obviously your car has extra parts increasing stock weight. My old 34 weighed 1680kg had just over 600bhp at the crank and would pull 134mph in the quarter irrespective of time or launch, with 850bhp that would have been mid to high 140's in the quarter.
Good choice on the rods, them or Arrow ftw
Oh and the baffle plate doesnt mean theres no benefit to knife edging - should have de-burred too for best practice !!

LOL
Try reading what I wrote rather than quoting Wiki which uses the same nonsense figures (such as 276bhp) the manufacturers give, I know what they weigh as Ive weighed them !!
Good luck with your project, like I said, I think its great that someone is doing some actual tuning work rather than peripherals, horsepower numbers always makes for a "debate"
