OK I give up - I simply can't get it to work with my controller for my roller shutter door.

It pairs properly (at least it tells me it has) with the three indicator blinks, but then the button I paired to simply does nothing. Repeated presses, long presses, facing the garage, facing away from the garage, one trouser leg rolled up, nipple exposed, nothing.

Anyone else had any issues or do I need to change my roller door opener? If so, to what? Happy to change if the homelink will then work!

Can't get mine to work either all sorts of attempts !
And in same boat gonna change controller box or whole new door too

You need to check which version of the hone link kit the car has and whether it runs the frequency of your door controller. Often that is the issue.

It's 433mhz the same as my remote. It says it's learnt the code, that's the frustrating thing!

OK, so have you done the extra step to manage the changing sync?

I had this issue every thing says its paired but does not work then i found out that the homelink and the Audi unit need another receiver http://www.shopssl.de/epages/es10567317 ... ts/PR433-3

That's what I ended up doing. It works fine.
