Oh no, not another possibility! Well, I've ordered the crank sensor so if that doesn't cure the issue, I'll get the relay.

Was in the thread - RS6 cuts out. Pic is no longer there though as you say.

Think my G28 is on the blink too, couldn't start it this afternoon and then fired up. No problem later picking up some Chinese. Now stuck and it won't fire. Vagcom shows the G28 signal is the problem.

The crank sensor is in the n/s of the gearbox bell housing . It's no going to be the easiest thing to change ..
