Hi, it doesn't sound good. Is that wheel horse power or corrected for crank?
You should be making that at the wheels. S4's don't tend to underpower, either his RR is shot or your car has a problem :(

He shouldn't have left a sensor unconnected. Am I right in thinking that you have new downpipes with one sport Cat on each bank?

How can i tell if the engine mount has actually gone?
Either visully, they leak, or with VAGCOM. Not sure about them giving a wrong reading but they can be a weak point.

If his set up is the same as mine then you are correct. The sport cats replaced the main cats and the pre-cats have been deleted.

Just managed to get Vagcom to work and came up with these faults

Have reset codes now to see if they all come up again.

Well after a day in MRC i can safely say it was all worth the effort and £££ the S4 is perfect!

So much more fun, pulls from much lower down and goes like stink!

And the noise... Also perfect just like the great clips on you tube which made me want one in the first place. :D

I knew you would be pleased. Do you intend to go for another RR?

millteks are a blatant rip off and I wouldnt touch them unless they start charging <£700 for their systems, I have had 3 powerflow exhausts on other cars in the past and apart from a boomy job on my Jetta Gti ( right on 60mph cruising the car would fappin vibrate !! ) they have been fine, they have quoted me £750 for a cat back and thats excellent for a custom job, only thing is I cant find anyone who has had their B6 done at powerflow and just to add is their anypoint in trying decat pipes or will that screw the ecu ??

nihc did you ever get a recording of your AAS system because my old sierra had a pair of manifolds they made a few years ago and the quality was spot on

they are not far from me so they could be an alternative to powerflow ( on scotsy road )

You can get a Milltek for that - a system that's been designed with R&D specifically for the car.
Audi S4 Avant (B6, 2004) in Goodwood Green.
