I reckon send her out with Big Jon when she has passed her test, what do you think Charlie?
Send her out with you Bushy, that'll put her off driving for life :biggrin3:

I'd defo say have something small.. less likely to hit yours when she comes home late at night after crusing the streets :D
She has been on the track with us, or at least I took her boyfriend and Charlie took her!!!!!!

And if you remember my son loves the speed thing coming to as many track days as he can

Cheers

A Ford Ka? Or a classic like a beetle or a Morris Minor - they'll be cheap to insure and she can learn all about car maintenance at the same time...!

Golf MK2s are cheap. Maintenance is next to nothing too. I used to get replacement disks for my Golf for 4.50pounds from German & Swedish and now I pay 275pounds each from APracing for my biggies!! Good car to learn to drive in and they are bullet proof. Spares are plentiful from breakers too. It is a bit dated now but are dirt cheap even for a decent 1.6. For something more modern but just as cheap to run I would go for a newer Polo (MK3?) or Golf MK3. These would cost more to insure, but may prove more reliable in the long term. They are all pretty similar mechanically though.

She is very important, right? so get the safest you can buy. A nice Volvo or audi or Merc sounds good to me.
Remember, you would chew your arm off to get her back into one piece if she got injured.
