Full set of parts required to build a custom tubular manifold for a VAG 1.8t head.

Bought for a project but neither my welder or my welding skills are up to the job.

Pipe is Sch10 1.5" 316 Stainless

12 x 90deg bends

4x 45 deg bend

6 x straight cut spacers

Head flange is 10mm 316 stainless laser cut with inter port notches for equal heat expansion.

Enough pipe and fitting to create a full rams horn equal length manifold such as a Fullrace style tubular mani http://www.full-race.com/catalog/popup_ ... hp?pID=259

Merge collector is a Burns Stainless 4 into 1, Robotically TIG welded 321 Stainless 1.5" tube into a very low angle merge pipe with an exit of 2.5" with a 316 stainless Tial VBand flange tacked on. http://www.burnsstainless.com/mergecollectorsmain.aspx

Flange can be easily removed and replaced with any other turbo inlet flange.

Ideally suited to the IHI 3 bolt pattern circular inlet flange (also available if required)

Also available IHI 5 bolt turbo exhaust outlet, also in 316 10mm laser cut stainless.
