RE: BHP - Torque
Smaller heads? Higher compression ratio?

RE: BHP - Torque
(power x 5252)/ revs = torque
This is good stuff - I've just stacked up the formula against my last RR results; works well, the maths is almost a perfect match for the power and torque curves as plotted against RPM.
Incidentally it shows my power and torque tail off quite steeply beyond 5,500rpm .... I think that must be my optimal point in the rev range to change up a gear .... (but the cooling/air supply was pretty pants on the RR for that session and the car was suffering major heatsoak, so maybe on the "real road" it could be further up the rev range .... maybe 6,000rpm??)
