Airbag Light -HELP!!!!

Airbag light came on this morning when the car was started.
Wasn't on last night.
Why has it come on when it aint gone anywhere?
Whats it likley to be?
How can I reset it?

I think you will need to check the fault codes using VAG-COM or similar.

Will be a dodgy connection under the seat probably, very common.

Normally easily fixed with a bit of wire waggling/terminal cleaning but unfortunately code cannot be cleared without a reset tool such as Vag-Com or various other scanners.

Sure someone on here will be happy to sort it for you - I am but I live in Cambridge.

Happened to be a loose connection under my passenger seat

Tighten up connection and spray with WD40 etc., I found that helped no end.
