What sort of miles have people run to get the cracking?
My Car is only running the 19mm rear H&R bar and the sub frame is fine..
I thought H&R only did a 17mm and 22mm rear bar?

Can it not be welded and additional strengthening?

Looks like quite a few hours labour to change and then you'll need a full alignment. :?

That's what I would like to do. Weld up the flanges for the ARB mounts and add some
'eyelets' for the link arm attachment points. Anyone know of a garage in the
Farnborough/Camberley/Guildford area that might take on custom work like this?

http://www.neuspeed.com/products/produc ... o&p_id=242

has some really nice ones in the kit... Why would all the other makes do brackets, H-sport are the same, extra brackets.

look at these as well http://shopwiki.com/detail/q=H-Sport+Sw ... irst=true/

H+R are talking SH*T loads of probs in the US and here

Yep, that's what I think too. I have posted on AW asking for some stories. However, I need evidence really rather than
anecdotes. I will photograph my car but it would help if others had the same problem with H&R and had documented it.
The fact that nearly all other manufacturers include support brackets is pretty enlightening I think.

Checked my subframe today and there are cracks appearing. Very small at the moment but signs of stress all over the piece that the ARB bolts to. This appears to be a common problem and one that H&R should be aware of. Is being a member of a forum like being a member of a union?
