Flashing LED on the door lock pins

Post by AdamS4 » Tue Sep 18, 2007 10:26 am

Since i played around with the alarm codes (Trying to get the remote boot release working)... The flashing LED lights on the door lock pins don't flash anymore.

What should be the correct code for that ??

Can't help with the door lock leds but when trying to open the boot you did hold the button in didn't you? Needs to be held for a couple of seconds then the boot pops open

double check that all doors and tailgate are defintiely closed as I have noticed that unless all doors are firmly shut the LED's will not function (even though the central locking may work). You may have 'popped' the tailgate in error ?

Agreed. I have never come across a way of configuring the central locking to not flash the LEDs, but I have many times noticed that my LEDs are not flashing only to find out that a door is slightly open.

indeed that's true but you can do some very strange things by coding a module incorrectly, i managed to swap the functions of the remote buttons when i added up the options wrong

Still gotta sort this LED thing now... Could it be cause i've removed the alarm horn ??
