Take out the grills. This is the easy bit. I took the headlights out too, they look expensive to replace.

Take off the bumper. This is bit of a leap of faith as you have to rip it from the plastic "teeth" in front of each wheel arch. There are two long bolts reached from inside the grill apertures and a couple of screws in the wheel arch.

Remove the AC fan, the bracket, the shrouds and the iddy biddy side mount intercoolers.
I used a 9" grinder and a 3" grinder to cut the insides of the bumper to fit.

Fix the intercooler in place. Add the pipework.

Fit the bumper back on. Bumper off. Take the pipework off again, move the intercooler, curse the pipework, refit the intercooler, remove it, curse it, hit it, refit it and the bumper.
You do this several times, each time moving the intercooler or shaving a bit more bumper off. Stop when it gets dark.
FMIC DONE.

S4 - no longer missing 1 engine. Last seen leaving trailing black lines of gearbox oil.

should of been one more metal and a 45 degree silicone hose. I had to cut some of the metal pipes and use silicone pipes to make up the pipes to fit, they are not like mrc ones. also had to get metal beeds welded on when I cut the pipes or it just pop off when boosting
1.9TDI A6 are sh*t wrong forum
Musty, those are the new-style pipes.
CXRacing copied them from JHMotorsport ones.
This kit should fit like a charm.
