what spec k16s are they?

are you using the stock fuel rail for 900bhp?
The K16 look the same spec as the once I use!!

The fuel rail is not sufficient for 900hp nor is the intake manifold. Also the RS4 throttle plate is only really good for 600hp. So, you're already pushing the envelope running 750hp on those bits. Loads of backpressure in the intake system. Solution is a larger fuel rail and 2 throttle bodies with 2 custom intake manifolds. Unless you know where to get a 95-100mm throttle body? And of course running speed density with no MAF or 2 MAFs.

Apart, from that the rest will cope to deliver 900hp on race fuel tho !!!

So, I'm looking forward to see his results and hopefully both our cars will be ready for the Ring.

My engine is going in THIS weekend and then another week for building the exhaust. Fingers crossed!!! So, I will be down at yours next weekend. ;o)

CAN'T WAIT to finally drive the fruits of 14 month building (well, mostly waiting for parts tho !!!) ;o)

The K16 will fit all original K04 oil, water etc lines with a bit bending here and there. The difficult part is the actuators because there is very limited space. Also if you don't weld the compressor housing as the Dahlback turbos in the pic earlier you'll end up cutting the subframe for one of the charge pipes. So, the easy way would be getting your K16 compressor housing pre-welded.

On second view I think that I have a lager exhaust housing if the dark coating doesn't just make it just look smaller. I'm on a 8. housing and I think his looks like a 7.

But a 7. won't be able to deliver 450hp !!! The 8. does around 400hp+

Forgot to tell you that the rims I bought for my car in the first place did not fit. The MTM Bimoto rims will have to do the trick...

It looked a little like this when we tried them on the back. The brakes in the front are just to big, lol.

Schmidt Revolution VN-Line Radinox. Special ordered with a black center. The olny set of it's kind in existence so far.

How is the standard engine block going to stand the +700 HP? I know one engine which is going to have "corset" between the oilpan and block so it will not twist and break.

Has anyone cracked the block from the crank side?

The V6 doesn't need this mod as it has double bolts on the bearing caps. And another 4 bolts from the side to stiffen and align the bottom end.

I reckon you can drive up to 1000hp with no trouble at all. With different rods though. ;o)

Is this a fact? I know that it has those bolts, but one tuning company is making this "corset" to one engine. They are tuning it for 900 hp. I would like to know that what is the maximum power taken out without any modification to crank or in that area.

That Polish S4 does have a lot of power (+900), is that modified from the crank area?

the stock rs4 throttle body can support the power levels claimed...

car looks awsome, let me know if you want to sell the old gearbox
Jared @ STaSIS Engineering

Sorry, but the old gearbox is 6 feet under because of some heavy mistreatment ...
