lowering springs
So I have had the RS6 for a week which has the dynamic pack. So a question to you guys what springs are you using to lower your RS6 I had H & R on my F10 M5 so not sure what to go for on the C7, I assume it doesn't have air and just a spring set up which what appears to be the case when I popped a wheel off

Re: lowering springs
If you have the dynamic pack you must have DRC which has normal springs (i.e. not air).
You can go for H&R springs. relatively cheap and looks to be about the perfect height.
Or I think KW do a set of adjustable springs which means you can set the height exactly as you like it.

Re: lowering springs
yes buddy that's right normal springs. I'll take a look at the price of the KW as I haven't seen how much they are new, ECP sell the H & R so I can get them at a decent price
Re: lowering springs
The KW adjustable springs are about £730. The H&R are somewhere in the £300 from memory.
Someone recently had a nearly new set of the KW springs on here for £200. I'd have snapped them up if I had known I was getting a 6 so soon!

Re: lowering springs
yeah there sold lol. I'm going to get the H&R and fit them as I like doing things myself helps me bond with the car lol
Re: lowering springs
I assume then that you can fit them without needing to recharge the DRC?
Re: lowering springs
yeah the f10 m5 uses a similar set up and had no problem when I did themMikeFish wrote:I assume then that you can fit them without needing to recharge the DRC?
