have the cam sprockets been off the cam's..there is no key way so its easy to get em out of alignment..but then saying that if the valves aint hitting the pistons you should be ok..and im confident you know what your doing..

timing is good i checked everything 3 times over,cams lined up and bottom pulley lined up on tdc mark,g28 engine speed sensor is getting a reading too if i check with vagcom measuring block 3,as i turn the engine over

i found the reason for non starting,the large fmic i bought from germany has a major blockage no airflow through it at all
,with the intercooler bypassed it started up after a struggle,so be carefull with those cheaper german fmics!!!im going to cut it open see whats inside it tomorrow,if im lucky it might be stuffed full of money

jesus holy hell . thats unbelieveable. those unit cant be flow tsested very well then. -bought in germany . made in china.
