I cross-referenced the pump from many pictures to a Pierburg 7.02074.75.0 from the C6 RS6 and some other newer Audi models. I can confirm it works perfectly.
I contacted Bosch about the IAT and they gave me part number 0 280 130 060 and I can confirm this is fine also, even though different.
Buy whichever SJP you like, I bought Stark brand, but they are all pretty much the same.
The O rings for the turbo pressure return pipes can be found in the diagram above and you can buy those from LLL Parts for a few quid a pair.
The rest of the parts you can buy from Auto-Doc.
When re-torquing the manifold I recommend using an accurate known wrench and torquing to 15Nm not 10 as suggested as these manifold seem to rattle themselves a bit loose.
