Take a drive and log your trim values. Group 032 IIRC. See what’s going on. Too rich might be a boost leak or leaky intercooler. Or stuck injector which might sort itself out. If both banks are rich probably the former. If just one, the latter.

Clear your codes again before logging, even if there are none. That will reset your trim to zero.

I just checked the airbox, there seem to be some play on the drivers site (steering at the left...)part, more as at other side.
Not sure where the mounting points are? Or is it hold in place at the back by the mafs?
Is it possible (if the above is causing the cel...) thats why bank 1 is running too rich?

Check the MAF readings with VCDS. That will tell you if you have incorrect readings.
If there was an air leak so that air was bypassing the MAF I would expect a mixture too lean problem rather than too rich. Still, it's worth checking.
When you press on the back of the airbox then it should be solid. There shouldn't be any springiness in it.

I noticed the airbox is bolted ok on the right side, but on the left theres nothing it can be bolted to.
By the looks of it, it never has been bolted...

There should be a bracket it mounts to on both sides - An M6 Flanged nut along with a rubber bobbin, IIRC.
And then the M8 bolt on top. It seems to be a hobby for garages to only replace the top bolt though.

The central bolt shouldn't be used to pull the airbox down. If it's not already all the way down, it's not inserted into the MAFs properly.

I also always end up dropping the M6 Nut a few times, they're not easy to get to.
I sometimes wonder how bad the engine bay would have been if Cosworth hadn't done the supposed 100 or so simplifications to make it easier to work on.
At least I eventually realised I don't need to drop the front roll bar or remove the wheels to replace the oil filter.
