air filters

what is the best air filters around just had car 6 months and been waiting untill weather gets warmer been told run awfull on the cold

Hello and welcome to the site.

Most people use the standard Audi one, but there is a K&N alternative.

You can also get lots of replacement airbox kits.

I have a K&N 57i induction kit. I've had it fitted for about a year now and have had no problems. Sounds nice, you can hear the air being sucked in as you press your right foot down, with a little whoosh as you change gear 8) Not over the top just nice...

Don't expect any performance gains unless you have K04s...
