My MMI in my 2016 RS7 is playing games. For the last few months it’s been shutting down, and then restarting with no pattern to when and why. It generally restarts after a while.
This time however the screen has stayed up, I have no media, radio, sat nav, phone…..nothing, no sound, it’s locked off but screen remains up.
I’ve googled and tried resets using various button restart techniques but still nothing.
Can anyone help with this, it feels like a reset but can’t get anything to work.
I’d be extremely grateful as at the moment I have to listen to my wife rather than some banging tunes or talksport
