Re: Help with sourcing vac lines etc.
Those hose kits do look sexy.
Will have to start saving up ?
Will have to wait though until I have finished with the rear end. Upper/Lower Arms and bushes.

Hi White Six!
Where are you with this now?
Do you need some assistance or is everything going well?
There is another active SJP thread going on at the moment and I've thrown a bunch of info there if you need?
Welcome to find me on FB or FB messenger
Regards
Craig Barlow

Sadly most of the pipe-work is not on show and cannot be seen. However I do have some pipework (in red) left over which I will not be using as I have a SAI delete. That pipework is on show and quite easy to replace yourself.
If you are interested let me know as I have some other parts for you here from Tradition - send me a message on the FB messenger

Managed to source the SJP from TPS (despite them insisting that the part is NLA). The part number has been updated, apparently.
Sourced the IAT & fuel pressure reg from AutoDoc; on their way. Did have a problem with sourcing the after run water pump though as the AD site states that 7.02074.75.0 isn't the correct fit for our vehicles

Thanks for all the info you've added mate, invaluable.
Re: Help with sourcing vac lines etc.
What part number did TPS give you?

Re: Help with sourcing vac lines etc.
I bought one a while back just in case I ever needed one.
I will have to check out the part number on mine.
I remember that the was some confusion at the time with the last letter.

It's been 058133753D since 2008. Prior to that it was 058133753B.

Re: Help with sourcing vac lines etc.
Having a senior moment here today.
You are all talking about the SJP
I was thinking pump in the bottom of the V.
I had a letter A stuck in my head
My SJP was renewed by unit 20 some time ago.
Sorry.

Re: Help with sourcing vac lines etc.
Yes Steve, I could do with that pump too, while the mani is off. Can you share the part number mate? There's some confusion on the AutoDoc site.steve2003rs6 wrote: ↑Fri May 09, 2025 12:24 pmIMG_0839.jpeg
I have no idea why, but I had this in my head.
My apologies.
Re: Help with sourcing vac lines etc.
That water pump from Autodoc fits perfectly, both Craig and myself have used it even though it's not listed for the C5 RS6Weiß-sechs wrote: ↑Thu May 08, 2025 2:22 pmThank you for the follow up Craig.TOPMAN wrote: ↑Thu May 08, 2025 8:52 amHi White Six!

Re: Help with sourcing vac lines etc.
If you zoom in on the photo. The part no is on the box.
077 121 599A.
There was some confusion at the time with the last letter. But I was assured that is the correct pump.
Bought from Audi Tradition IIRC. Someone on here fitted this pump and recommended it. So I bought one for when and if I need it.
If Craig and Paul have fitted the Autodoc ones. That would be a good enough recommendation for me.
Just came across the above info from a Topman post in “new owner seeks some advice thread”
Seems to confirm what I bought.

Re: Help with sourcing vac lines etc.
Well, that's good enough for me then fella. It just caused some concern when the AD site states "this part does not fit your vehicle".
I'll add it to the list along with fuel pressure sensor & IAT.
Thanks for the help

Re: Help with sourcing vac lines etc.
Yep Ben is 100% correct.
The thing to remember here is that finding and using part numbers is a fine art and often things don't make sense.
What I find as someone who often searches for NLA parts is that ETKA is forward compatible, but not necessarily reverse compatible.
This SJP was originally introduced into the VAG range of A4's with the 1.8ltr engine built between 1995-1997 and used 058133753 with not suffix letters.
Then it was used on multiple vehicles as 058133753B until March 2008 which is the only version through basic ETKA search, that shows it's compatible with C5 RS6.
Then came 058133753D which under a basic search shows as not compatible with many vehicles including C5 RS6!
However if you do an in-depth search first for 058133753B then it shows in ETKA that the direct replacement is indeed 058133753D!
Hope that makes sense, basically start with the original number for your car and work forward
