Oil service costs

Just wondering what the going rate is for an oil change at an Audi dealer

Hi there...

Mine was about £800 at Lincoln Audi.

However I had an A6 Black edition 2.0l before (brand new) and the oil service was about £340... I kicked up a stink and said I accept the RS6 takes more oil but why is it nearly £500 more to which the sales guy explained its a 'premium car so it gets a premium service'. Needless to say - in the end they took about £200 off the bill and were very pleased to tell me they replaced the rear wiper spray nozzle free of charge.

Unfortunately you have to pay RS6 tax for everything whether you're getting value or not....

Thanks, same ball park I have been quoted. I accept the oil is more expensive and the quantity but as you say the rest is the same.

I just had mine serviced, challenged the costs and they knocked something off as it is not logical pricing as explained above.
