Clean you air box!

Post by Jools » Sun Nov 05, 2023 10:00 pm

As it wasn't raining for a change so I decided to change my spark plugs (every 40,000 miles).
To ease access on the LHS of the engine I took the top off the air box and the amount of dirt, leaves and general crap in there was astounding.
It was all brushed and hoovered out, I'm sure the engine will breathe easier now until its time for a new filter.

My B8 was bad when I swapped the OE for K and Ns, bit of a no brainer, the K and Ns were marginally cheaper than OE replacements.

I'll whip the K and Ns out in late spring and buy the oil refresh kit for them..ImageImage
