Will the RS4 need a brake upgrade for Track days?

Does anyone think the standard brakes will be OK for track days. I don't fancy having to pay another £3000 for Movit or AP brakes again.

What about suspension?

There will be carbon brakes available for the RS4 should think about £3000 approx. and the sports suspension plus can be also added as an option approx £500. I'm sure that will be good enough for most of us wishing to track our cars.

I think the one we went round Donnington in had standard brakes and on that basis don't think they'd need upgrading unless you're pretty suicidal

Jan was getting fade in the afternoon sessions and he was a smooth driver. So its down to your driving, but I think they will be ok.

Ok great. So the brakes work. So just some cooling will be required which is what you have to do with the B5 and AP brakes.
