Matchbox 70th anniversary cars - RS6 Avant

Post by Nobby » Sat Mar 25, 2023 9:05 pm

Don’t know if anyone else has seen this - Matchbox’s 70th anniversary so they are producing some limited edition cars and they have done an RS6 Avant.

I’ve managed to buy one from but not in the UK yet.

Gonna keep it in the box and it’ll be worth millions

If you don’t take it out regularly and “drive it” it will cost you a small fortune. These cars need to be driven.🤪

If you do take it out and drive it it will cost you a large fortune. 🤑

Have you got a link to the retailer?

I got mine from a random seller in Hong Kong. Looked like they only had 1 of them and since then a few more have cropped up but more expensive.

UK matchbox (are they owned by Hornby?) must be able to get hold of them though surely?
