Pirelli P Zero Rosso
Pirelli P Zero Rosso
I need 2 new front tyres on my RS4. The car currently has P Zero Rosso's all round and I am being quoted around £160 + VAT per corner fitted.
Does anyone know if this is a reasonable price?
Thanks,
Matt.

RE: Pirelli P Zero Rosso
If it's time to change them, general concensus is to try something else like PS2's. Lots of info on here...
RS4 B5. Where it all started.
RS6+ Never to be replaced.
Replaced by: 997 Turbo. Didn't like.
Replaced by RS6. I like(d).
Land Rover Defender. Not as nippy.
Back with C6 RS6
And again C7 RS6

Agreed. Try Costco Tyre Sales. They only deal in Michelin and buy in huge quantity so priced competitively. ATS are owned by Michelin too so worth a shot.Seems a bit steep when you have to buy 4 of them!
Alternatively source Toyo tyres with correct speed rating. You wont be disappointed and will save some cash.
Have had a set myself and would buy again.
Currently on Mich PS2 to see wot all the fuss was about. Would never use Pirelli or BF Goodrich again.
Practise safe sex & drive a hybrid if you can...
Toyos rock on the RS4. Was running S'es for years, and now on R's. Looks like I'll be getting 15000 - 20000 miles on this set, and they are sticky too

Just had two Goodyear eagle F1 gsd3 tyres fitted for £137 all in and they are very good compared with the pirrelli's they replaced, also a much better tyre than the Michelin pilot sports fitted on the rear as they keep spinning and were crap on the front with limited grip and steering feel it was like driving around waiting for an accident to happen.
Personally i don't rate michelin, had them on 3 different cars and never been impressed by the grip etc too hard and wet weather grip is a lottery compared with goodyears and toyo's.
Cheers "Bingo"
