Pinch weld / jacking point damages?

Hi I am from Hong Kong and new here. After saving for 6 months last year, I finally got my first Audi RS4 half year ago and love it a lot (drove a Mazda 3 gen 2 for the last 10 years). Before purchasing it the car was inspected and it was never in a big accident before, frame is straight, drivetrain is good except there is a very small leak around the seal of the lower oil pan and no rust on the body, and not a submarine before. Paint is all original except some very light repaints on the front fenders.......... However when I checked my jacking areas few days ago, I found that the pinch welds might be bent and got some rust on them, especially those behind the front wheels. Is it a worry matter which needs immediate repairing works or normal for a car at this age? I think I will keep this car for a long time(probably for the next 10 years+....) so if it can wait then I would just leave it until I take it to a full restoration after a year.

I my opinion, from the marks on the jacking point and the plastic sill cover, it just looks like some buffoon has been extremely heavy handed and totally careless whilst using a trolley jack. That sort if damage doesn't usually occur with a 4 post ramp, as the weight is spread over the 4 arms, rather than confined just to the area of the jack itself.
That area is strong due to being a jacking point designed to take the weight of the vehicle, so personally, for the short term, I would just clean up the exposed metal work without further damaging the rubberized under body protection, treat it with some rust convertor and protect the area until your body man can suggest any suitable cosmetic repairs.
Having worked with my local Audi dealer for many years, I have seen the result of careless jacking many times, and the damage the saddle of a trolley jack can do if not fitted with a rubber pad, or if positioned incorrectly. The damage on yours is not ideal, but is certainly not the worst I've seen, by a long way.
A bare metal saddle of a trolley jack can do a lot of damage if used carelessly. Needless to say, my cars, Audis or otherwise, never get jacked up with a trolley jack without a rubber pad in the saddle, or the very minimum, a piece of wood. And a minimum of two trolley jacks if being lifted higher than for a routine wheel removal, to reduce to pressure in one spot and to minimise body flexing.

As above, nothing to be too concerned about however you wouldn't really expect this on such a newish car. Juts make sure it's rust free for the time being if you are considering spending some money/time on it but not exactly sure what you would want to do with these areas - straighten them up somehow, prime and underseal them again?

ya, probably for short term it's the only solution. Most likely I will take it to a body Shop later to have those rubber undercoating stripped off for some new protections as well, found some little cracks on other areas. It seems that rubber coating is at the end of its life from how it looks
