Windows washer liquid

Hello,

How many liters normally needs to be added after warning light pops in? I added 1-2 liters and I can’t get my front headlight to wash, it’s not working, after some window screen cleaning light pop in again to ask add fluid, can it be that it’s not enough liquid and that’s why headlights system not working?

Update: refilling washer tank to full solved a problem, washing headlights works )
