Milltek ?
You can choose 2 differents type of Milltek exaust, the SPORT or the RACING . Which one should I get ????
RE: Milltek ?
The Racing is too loud for most types of everyday usage if IIRC. The Sport has a resonated section which is still pretty loud compared to original but slightly more civilised. I have one but not everyone is a fan of the increased noise levels. This has been discussed before so do a search to see what people think. Opinion is divided

I thought that the sport / racing defined it it was 100 or 200cpi cats that were fitted - I have the 100cell cats, so thought I had the racing... am I wrong?

It is a bit complicated Clive, and I was confused when I looked into this last year since the word 'sport' is bandied around all over the place with these things. The Sport/Racing bit is to do with the section after the Cats. Hopefully this will make it a bit clearer:

"Q What is a resonator and what's the difference between a resonated and non-resonated exhaust system?
A. A resonator is a chamber in the exhaust system that contains a specific volume of air which is designed to cancel out certain frequencies of sound (made by the engine) - making the exhaust noise quieter. Therefore, a non-resonated exhaust system will give you extra performance and a louder exhaust note and the resonated system will give you extra performance without increasing the exhaust noise much. "
Q So how do you know the difference between them, on the car?
It IS loud! if this helps.
