Mine too. After a day out I get home with plenty of fuel in the tank. Then on start up the following morning the gauge always reads a lot lower.

Done that - couple of times on German Autobahn
Than had to follow a truck for 10 miles for the nearest petrol station.Also this year on trip to Poland - 177 EUROS to fill the car on german Autobahn - that hurt me a lot
