Scam alert...

Hi

I've advertised my car this week with Autotrader, and this evening had a phone call supposedly to be from Autotrader customer services, telling me I've been double charged by them for listing my car... A very professional and properly spoken lady was the caller. Luckily these days it's so easy to check transactions on a mobile banking app - so in real time I was able to satisfy myself that I had been correctly charged, and tell the caller I suspected this was a hoax call... They hung up.

The telephone number they used was 01687 986986.

Be on the look out just in case you find yourselves in a similar situation.
