Useless Main Dealer

My car was finally delivered back to me from Blackburn Audi yesterday. They collected it a month ago to refurbish 2 alloy wheels and replace the corroded exhaust tips that were missed prior to handover in September.

So two alloy refurbs became four by two different companies as they couldn’t get them to match and then the car was delivered back to Leicestershire with silver tips instead of black ones. So my car is now back in Blackburn having the correct ones fitted.

Are all Audi Main Dealers this useless?

Getting a good experience can be quite rare unfortunately...

Main dealers can vary enormously. Some are definitely better than others but often they are disappointing and expensive. Also worth noting some have way more experience and knowledge of RS models than others
