Aux Rad part number help

Guys,

Hoping for a quick answer as cars in garage right now.

Got a intermittent plant leak, looks like it’s coming from passenger side aux rad.

Went to audi a got a rad which is 8E0121212H

But my mechanic is saying the rad on the car is 8k0121212C.

Did they changed part, or have Audi given me the wrong part

8E in the part number would denote it’s for the B7 chassis, 8K would denote the B8 chassis, it sounds like your mechanic is correct.
