Remote boot/tailgate release

What is the middle button on the key fob (looks like a boot release) supposed to do? Open the boot? Unlock the boot? [img]images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]

Mine doesn't appear to do anything [img]images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

If it's not working properly, I'll get the local Audi dealer to take a look next week - my car is going in for a new water pump, belt and tensioner anyway.

You've got to keep it pressed for 2 seconds, unlike the other buttons.

Not much use anyway if you ask me. Just makes it more likely that you'll lock your keys in the boot!
