All.
Hit a rock the other day and now have a golf ball on the side wall. My mobile fitter is saying he can only get PS 4S’s from Michelin late July.
If anyone knows of somewhere that could supply them could you let me know. I’ve had no luck on the net or eBay. I need 2 : Michelin Pilot Sport 4S 275/35 r20
Cheers.
Jas.

Cheers for the replies.
Tadass910 : Followed the link. It doesn’t look like they deliver to the UK.
Iain : Not a Costco member and doesn’t look like l qualify, which is needed to order tyres according to their website. Also would of needed them delivered to my address and not their warehouse as l am right out in the sticks and the car wouldn’t be safe to drive any distance...also couldn’t find the right size for sale on their site doh!
Anyone else have any ideas?

I just ordered some the other day from Amazon. They’re out of stock now. But they have 100y instead of 102y 100 is 800kg load. And 102 is 850kg. The 20’s are fitted with 102 and the 21’s 100. So I’d think you would be fine. With 100

Worth noting that there are many different compounds these are the best wet rating and decent efficiency. The worst surprisingly are Ferrari fitment!

Why are you fitting 275/35R19?? Your wheels are either R20 or R21! Certainly for the 21's you want 285, and I have gone with 295/30/R21. If you fit 295 you may want to add a 5mm spacer to ensure the inside clearance remains the same as standard - I have.
They were available from my local supplier last week on next day delivery - they are a Black Circles dealer - at £227 fully fitted.
Camskill are usually very reliable as well.

Sorry I posted the wrong link. It’s 20’s that I ordered. And paid 219 per tyre delivered.
I usually use Tyreleader. But they didn’t have the wet grip A rating that I wanted.

Cheers for replies lads.
Daveperc : l’m not fitting R19’s l’m after R20’s. Have already contacted BlackCircle and they have none in stock even though their eBay site said they had.Camskill have none coming up in 275/35/R20.
crapbag : Thanks for the reminder about amazon selling tyres but that link was for R19’s...probably why Dave thought l was after R19’s. I did find some R20’s on amazon though. When l contacted the sellers to confirm stock and delivery l made the mistake of telling them of my struggle to get hold of them...next thing l got an email reply saying they can get them but they are now £290 each...

Why not 285 but 295?

All.
I managed to get some 4S’s off a guy on eBay. Ended up getting x4. £209 each plus £14.99 to get them delivered. They’ve already arrived today and l’ve asked my fitter to come out Monday. Looking forward to trying the car out with x4 new PS4S’s on it
Cheers.

I’ve had a bloody mare,
Amazon delivered 2 of the 4 and they were both Ferrari compound. Which for bragging rights sounds good. But in actual fact they’re C rated wet grip and efficiency. The ones I ordered are A and C rated respectively. The efficiency part I don’t give a Hoot for. But the wet grip is why I ordered and paid for A rating.
I have since kicked off with Amazon. Who initially expected me to pay for return shipping! So following their advice on who to ship with it’s cost them £65 to get them back!
So I’ve ordered from Tyreleader and paid a bit of a premium in £235 a tyre. But they’ve never messed up before. And they’ll deliver straight to my mates garage to be fitted.
So word of warning dudes. Check that you have been supplied the right ratings you paid for!

Why not 285 but 295?
The MPS4S were not available in 285/30/21 at the time.

Sorry - Tadass remains blocked!
295 not just because of availability - but also because with slightly more rubber on the road you get more grip, and better rim protection when parking. Cosmetically they fill the arches more too - with a 5mm spacer the outside of the tyre is in the same place as a 285 tyre with a 10mm spacer

crapbag.
Thanks to your post l just went out in the rain to double check wet weather rating and they have a
Sticker on them stating C....unlike the photo in the eBay advert FFS. eBay seller said he’ll give me a full refund. You said you’re getting yours from tyreleader...have they got them in stock now?
Cheers.

Just checked the manufacture date and it’s 0220...second week of this year?
Would they still be producing these tyres with an inferior compound/ww rating? Could they have incorrect
Stickers on them? My head is hurting
