Clear the fault codes and try it. Remember the start stop needs certain conditions to work, I.e. car must be at running temp, not lots of a/c or electrical load and not in dynamic engine. Let us know how you get on

Did you check which door switches work?

I wanted to use the photos phone Bluetooth app and did get it to work for a few minutes with my iPhone, until I went out of Bluetooth range. When I came back to the car, the phone would not connect to the Ghost anymore. I could see it in the BT list, but was always not connected.
I tried deleting the pairing and adding it again and had problems doing that. I called Autowatch and they were very helpful and guided me through the BT reset and reinstalled it from scratch, including the App.
Again it worked all the time the phone was in range, but the next time I tried it, it failed to connect again.

Autowatch said that there is a problem with iOS 13 Bluetooth functionality. They said the Ghost hardware is fine and the App is OK, but sometimes it won’t work and until Apple sort out the issues they can’t guarantee it will work. So if you have iPhone, don’t bother yet!

Note the Ghost-II has a hidden function to reverse the stop-start button, I.e. default will be off when you start the car. I haven’t tried it, but you set it like this:

Ignition on
Enter pin (2 flashes)
Press accelerator to the floor and keep it pressed
20 x up on drivers window switch
(You will see 20 flashes to confirm - count them)
Release the accelerator pedal
Turn ignition off

This turns off stop-start at startup and you can activate it with the usual switch. Quite a nice feature.
Do the same procedure but with 21 x up to deactivate it, I.e. put it back to normal.

A useful thing to know, however my start stop doesn’t work anyway. Not stopped the engine once since I’ve had the car (dec 19). It has been back to Audi who did a software update and said that should do the trick..... still not worked yet. Car is going back in on Friday for a rattle in the passenger doos and a carbon engine cover fix so will mention it again.

Autowatch Ghost 2 & Bluetooth iOS update:
A couple of weeks ago Apple released iOS 13.4 and this has fixed the Bluetooth issue. It now works with Ghost 2.

Good luck
Paul
