Thank you. I have one on order and when queried if I could track progress online, was told it was no longer available (used it in the past).
Have managed to get my order number plugged in, I can now track the (slow) progress. Thanks again

Mine still shows under “Welcome”, it has not reached “Order Received “ yet, even though Order Date shows as 21/01.. dealer says it can take a few weeks, but this is taking way too long.

I think the system we can access is delayed to start with and takes time to update before it becomes more real time. Mine jumped through several main stages in a day.

Not convinced on the accuracy of the information

I found the same on my previous c7 perf, which bizarrely shows that the order was completed at the start of 2019, 2 years after it was delivered!

As some have said the order stages seem to be able to be skipped through in a single day. Mine says it’s going in to build at the start of April, but I’d supposed to be at the dealers mid April ?

I have been told it only updates on a Tuesday and Thursday, which seems to be right for me....
