I’m struggling to find pictures of the RS6 in the different , other than the Configurator which does it no justice.

What are peoples thoughts on silver wing mirrors? My order is a Vorsprung in Sebring Black....but I am toying with the idea of asking the dealer to put some silver mirrors on the car. Everything else will be black but for me the 'classic' RS or S mirror is the silver. However I'm not sure how it will look. The mirrors on the Vorsprung will be body colored as standard.

Anyone seen any pictures of the new one with the silver mirrors but with the rest of the car with the black pack?

It's a personal thing but I had mine painted black on my last RS4, just think they look a bit boy racer these days. I like the look of Sebring, it reminds me a little of the BMW carbon black but one word of warning, I don't think Audi make a touch up for the crystal finishes and if you have a proper knock the paint is hard to get hold of, expensive and needs an expert to apply. I found this out to my cost with a Prism silver car I owned, it was in the body Shop for a month waiting for the paint and the body Shop (who were great) really struggled blending it in.

Point taken. I've plan to get it booked in for full PPF when it arrives, which while help at least give it some protection however I agree, if it gets a proper knock then it could be a nightmare.

As for the mirrors, still undecided but no rush on this

I can confirm that, after a double decker smacked my rear, getting a match on my Panther Black crystal paint took about 4 attempts. In the end, the body Shop got it spot on, but only after a lot of hassle. Shame I then reversed into another car shortly after. I haven't bothered getting it done again; might as well save up the aggro of getting a paint match until I sell it.

As a likely future used RS6 owner, can I implore you all not get Nardo? It’s garbage. It needs to stop. Same goes for ‘silver’ leather.
