Heated Wing Mirrors not working

Grateful for any help with this.

Both Heated Wing Mirrors (WM) on my B8 RS4 have stopped working.
I am able to adjust the position of both WM’s using the rotary switch as normal, however the WM’s don’t heat up when the Rear Heated Windscreen is on.

Can anyone advise me on what to check?

Is the switch in the central position and I thought they worked independently to the HRW?

On my C7 the wing mirrors were switched independently of the heated rear window.

OP, have you read your user manual?
