Audi have had a knock on the head

Post by johnny11 » Tue Sep 24, 2019 3:33 pm

So I got a good will gesture to spend within the audi network which I did last month, I didn’t spend the full amount was about £50 left to spend, so when I got home phoned Audi CS to see if they would just take £50 off my next service the reply I got was, “actually sir would you like your RS6 next service completely free on us?” Which I obviously accepted, and it’s also the major service due next too, nice little bonus there. :D

Good for you and fair play to Audi.

It is a shame in other matters they appear toothless in sorting out (either way) basic disagreements between customers and dealerships - instead they simply ‘hear everyone out’ and then side with the dealer (or agree with the customer but still refer to the dealer).
Panamera ST Turbo, RS6 (C7), Cayenne Turbo S (958), RS4 (B8), ML63 (2010), 997.1 TT, 997 4S, ML63 (2008), CL55, CLK320, Toyota Corolla GTi 16v, Honda CRX, Passat V6

I know where are coming from, the issue i had originally was incompetence from the dealer, and I had to get Audi CS Involved and took 3 months to sort out. Personally I shouldn’t of needed to get CS involved if the dealer had done there job properly.
