Would have thought you would have a need a swirl pot with a in-line pump.Do you have a power graph?

Dyno chart (engine power output).
This is just a schematic graph for easy view

Red line is before and blue line is after some tweaking

Seems like quite a laggy turbo,to give you some indication i have 220 WHP at 3800rpm(260bhp engine power). What sort of boost are you running it at?
Yours comes on strong from 5,000rpm.Do you have a torque graph?

Well, I am hitting full boost (19psi) @ 4k rpm. I think that if I had taken it to 7k rpm I would get a better number  , but I was trying to keep it safe  . If u compare my dyno to ATP GT2871R dyno u will notice that they look very similar

This one is APR Stage III + Audi TTQ

At what RPM do u get your peak HP?? Can your turbo hold the boost til redline?

peak power is at 6,000, the turbo can hold 1.6 bar till redline but i don't run it that hard other wise will blow the engine(standard internals).I run 1.5bar overboost to 1.35 redline this give a nice 300whp and 345lb/t.Spools up quick, not much lag.

@Ryan S3, what spec is your engine? I'm looking into increasing my bhp and wondered what the best route is.....any ideas on price too?

Standard APY S3 engine with 20mm pins. Firstly david what sort of power are looking for?remap will net you 260bhp with 300lb/t torque.
Anything after this means new turbo, lines, manifold, injectors, sports cat and exhaust, downpipe, pipework.I'm running close to the edge at 360bhp 345lb/t(this is with other modifications aswell). After this you have to replace rods and valves, this should see 400bhp 380lb/t.After this sky's the limit, how deep are your pockets?

Ryan, I already have the APR software and a replacement air filter. Think its approx. 270bhp.

Not sure of the engine code on mine, but the car was a 2001 210bhp facelift version.

Another 100bhp sounds good to me.

Can you list all your mods and where it was done with prices please?

Have you changed the brakes?

PS My pockets are average size

Oh, and another thing, my car has covered approx. 51k miles. Is this ok to mod at this mileage?

I see you used the Dastek unichip.

How good did you find it? As i am thinking of using them as they can be updated pretty easily and cheaply.

Nice video btw!!

210's are either apy or amk,apy is the better of the two, although amk comes with me7.5 which has more safety features.
51k is fine,mine is on 48k.
I run porsche 993tt front brakes and uprated rear discs and pads.
My spec is pretty big but if you're after 380bhp,380lb/t
ihi vf34 p20(same as mine)
Manifold
rods ,valves,perhaps coat pistons
custom single intercooler
3" exhaust ,downpipe
Induction cone/kit with feed.
Injectors and fpr
I'm also running a uprated sachs clutch with uprated cover and plate.
this supplied and fitted is somewhere near 8-9k.
