Transmission service

Hi im new to this group was after some info on transmission service in the Manchester area.
Ive tried main dealers but got the usual sealed unit answer.
Ive tried local transmission specialists but they say they can change the oil but cant replace the filter because its not available to buy?

Both parts (oil and filter) are available through Audi main dealers or TPS (vw / audi parts disti).

Suggest to find reputable Audi specialist to complete that for you.

Suspect they may be fibbing a bit there. The filter (or oil strainer as it's sometimes called) is readily available - both Audi and aftermarket.
Considering where you are, give Unit 20 a call.
