Understandable given you are speccing 70k product to your taste. It reduces the likelihood of them being mucked about.

Put a deposit down on mine, well they took the card details but never took the money until it was time to finalise the payment for the final invoice.

Good morning All,
I have been talking to various UK Audi Dealers & they all say testing has not even Started yet on RS models so it will be a while before you can order an RS4 on from UK Dealers.

Has anyone been told any dates when ordering will commence ?, this may have been answered earlier sorry .?

Not worldwide. Am living Japan and production for here started last Nov.
First deliveries were made end Jan ....and I am told a couple of shipments have arrived since.
That doesn't help w/UK Customers wanting update & Sales restart news, but FWIW I just mention.

Anyone got any update on Uk production, second hand market it doing well but newest cars now are inverted a year old and far to close to the previous new discounted price to be worth it?

Possibly right Cuttsy, I think they will start to drop when the Builds start coming through,
Wish I da purchased one last summer when offered as they seem to be worth more at the moment.

There is always (sadly) a massive hit, minimally the VAT content and usually all the option costs. It is noticeable that some dealers are trying to imagine a time when VAT and option costs slashed to zero value are not an issue - there are RS4s for sale now that were on the market when I was looking back in October '18.

Most of the cars still for sale have a minimal options list & are nearly 18 Months old !!

Not always but probably 99.9 % a year after the Macan came out there where used (year old) cars going for just over list due to the 18 month lead times. Then there is the super car market but that is a completely different league.
