Another with a paddling pool in the drivers footwell

Post by johnny11 » Thu Feb 07, 2019 10:21 pm

This morning went to the car and the drivers footwell literally had a few mm of after sitting on the carpet. Car is under warranty so audi Audi assist have taken car to local dealer to resolve. They have given me a new a6 to play with but nowhere near as much fun. When I asked the dealer I’m sure this is a common problem with cars like mine with a pano roof and water in the footwell, they said “they never heard of that”. So this could get interesting.

"never heard of that", "first time we have seen that",.... etc. Absolute classic (any brand) dealer response. I am sure they are trained to deny all knowledge of any fault whatsoever.
Currently running:
18 plate Lamborghini Huracan Performante (5.2l of V10 naturally aspirated craziness)
67 plate RS6 Performance (fully loaded)
66 plate Range Rover Autobiography (for wafting around)
16 plate Mini Cooper S convertible (lots of fun but rather skittish when thrashed)

Favourite car ever owned:
1971 Citroen DS21 - The Goddess (pure art on wheels)
