Rear wiper arm.

Post by Gav66 » Thu Jan 31, 2019 9:59 am

Just wondering if the rear wiper arm spring can be replaced ? Replaced the blade twice now for the correct ones( part number supplied on here ) and both have touched at the end of the blade but not in the middle, not a big issue just need to rectify it. Iam guessing the spring has weakened but can it be replaced or the whole arm.

Put an aero arm on. Part numbers in the FAQ.

Do the fronts, too, while you’re at it. Looks way better than the retrofit type things.

Who needs rear wipers anyway!!! Haha, mine bounces across the window and makes horrible noises on the way up and then smooth as silk on the way down. New wiper blade didn't cure it so I have left it for now....

Which arm is it though? The standard one or the allroad one?

All proper drivers do, so you can see when an 'unmarked car' is sneaking up behind you! :sekret: 🚓

I will need to have a look tomorrow, I think it's the Allroad one as the touran wiper clipped straight on.
