Good for you Dan, costs are relative.

My brother swears by warranty. He has a car parts business and prices his stuff based on new OEM prices and demand. He reckons even £1k is cheap per year for an S4 based on a 40/60 parts/labour split if something goes wrong.

I remember that Wayside Audi were prepared to sell me a warranty after I had the KO4's fitted for £560. May be worth giving them a call 01908 840000
