Just went back to have another look.

Looks like the mirrors are dipped, not wrapped.

The rear diffuser looks legit to me and so do the blades or intakes.

Does anyone have genuine carbon mirrors that could post a pic, I’d like to go back tomorrow armed with the difference.

The direction of the weave on the diffuser and side flaps looks to be in the right direction. All aftermarket carbon diffusers have a diagonal weave whereas the OEM is straight.

I’m pretty sure everything apart from the mirrors is OEM so I’ll continue with the purchase but I will be questioning the price as they’ve listed it as having the carbon exterior on pack.

To be honest I don't think the carbon pack really changes the price. I know it was an expensive option and may be more desirable but I'd be surprised if the car was priced any differently because of it 3 year later. Worth a try though.
FYI the carbon mirrors are not part of the carbon pack, they were a separate £1.5k option.
